Deutsch: Mit einem Mirau-Objektiv aufgenommenes Mikroskopbild eines ebenen, leicht zur optischen Achse geneigten Spiegels. Die untere Bildhälfte zeigt das Originalbild, die obere Bildhälfte eine Falschfarbendarstellung desselben. Ein Pixel ist auf dem Objekt etwa 1,5 µm groß, das ganze Bild ist etwa 0,5 mm breit.
English: Microscopic image of a plane mirror, created with a Mirau-interferometer. Lower half: original image. Upper half: color coded image. One pixel has a size of approximately 1.5 µm on the object, the image has a total width of approximately 0.5 mm. |
