[edit]DescriptionMilitary parade passing the Lenin Mausoleum (36375233416).png |
Military parade on the fifteenth anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution, with a Red Army Detachment passing the Lenin Mausoleum, 1933. The Lenin's Mausoleum is situated in the Red Square of Mosco. Lenin’s preserved body has been on public display there since shortly after his death in 1924, with rare exceptions in wartime. Aleksey Shchusev, the designer of the building, built a monumental granite structure incorporates some elements from ancient mausoleums, such as the Step Pyramid, the Tomb of Cyrus the Great and, to some degree, Temple of the Inscriptions. 1933, Georgi Anatoliévitch Zelma #historiansunion #colored #colorized #colourised #colorization #colourisation #color #colour #history #ww1 #wwi #worldwarone #greatwar #thegreatwar #ww2 #wwii #worldwartwo #military #war #allies #ussr #lenin #adrian #adrianhelmet #russia |
