Description
English: This photo is of the normal human colon. When cut in cross section, the colonic crypts appear like an evenly spaced bed of flowers. Even when maloriented, or tangentially sectioned, the normal colonic mucosa shows an orderly distribution of colonic crypts.
Français : Cette photo présente une coupe histologique de cellules de kryptes intestinales provenant d'un côlon humain en bonne santé. En coupe transversale, les cryptes du côlon apparaissent comme dessinant un lit de fleurs régulièrement espacées.
