Description
Français : Masse (gmp/jour) et nombre de particules de microplastiques (MPp/jour) pour des particules MP de 1 000 à 5 000 μm entrant dans la station d'épuration (à gauche) et la quittant (sous forme d'effluent, d'écume et de boue, à droite) ; avec la contribution (en pourcentage) de chaque site d'échantillonnage. La station d'épuration est celle de Nash à Newport (Galles du Sud, Royaume-Uni), exploitée par Dwr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW) et traitant les eaux usées combinées d'une population totale équivalente de 300 000 habitants de Newport et Chepstow, avec une limite de débit direct de 1 415 L/seconde.
