Description
Español: El 24 de junio de 1914 (pocos días antes del inicio de la crisis de julio de 1914), el Secretario de Estado, cardenal Merry del Val, y el Ministro especial serbio, Milenko Vesnić, firman el concordato entre la Santa Sede y Serbia. La descripción original dice (traducido del italiano): "El Concordato entre Serbia y el Vaticano: el Secretario de Estado, cardenal Merry Del Val, recibe las credenciales del ministro de Serbia."
English: Cardinal Merry del Val and Milenko Vesnić signing the Concordat between the Holy See and Serbia on June 24, 1914 (only a few days before the outbreak of the July Crisis). The original description says (in Italian): "The Concordat between Serbia an the Vatican: The Secretary of State, cardinal Merry Del Val, receiving the credentials of the minister from Serbia."

This provision shall not apply to photographs of writings, documents, business papers, material objects, technical drawings and similar products (Art. 87). Italian law makes an important distinction between "works of photographic art" and "simple photographs" (Art. 2, § 7). Photographs that are "intellectual work with creative characteristics" are protected for 70 years after the author's death (Art. 32 bis), whereas simple photographs are protected for a period of 20 years from creation.
