English: Sailing identity Frank Albert can be seen holding the rail, far left. The man to his left is possibly A G Milson, a famous yachtsman and chairman of the Anniversary Day Regatta Committee. The gentleman standing at the lowest point on the stairs is likely to be Colonel Alfred Spain. This photo is part of the Australian National Maritime Museum’s William Hall collection.
