This image from the University of Washington Libraries is flipped horizontally. Compare File:Soldiers_marching_in_parade,_Seattle,_ca_1917-ca_1920_(SEATTLE_4264).jpg which shows a similar view of the Rialto Building and what's past it, looking south on Second Avenue. So this flipped image is looking, in the middle foreground, at the southwest corner of Second & Seneca. If you look closely (easier once it is mirrored) you can see that the lower word of the sign sticking out from the building is "Cafeteria".
