| Description | A photo from our summer holiday in Ceredigion last summer (2015). We were on our way from Tregaron to see the remote chapel at Soar y Mynydd. Just behind the photo is one of the remotest phone boxes in Wales which stands alone within the endless landscape. After I took the photo I wondered if the grass in front of the 'Bumpy Road' sign got in the way, and perhaps I should have trodden I down. I'm not sure if it adds to the photo by showing how the sign has become forgotten in this remote spot, and perhaps reinforcing the fact the sign doesn't really tell you anything you don't already know if you have driven this far along the mountain road. I would welcome your thoughts and critique. |
