Cantabria, al grupo del 43 del Ejército del Aire en agradecimiento a su infatigable labor en la extinción de incendios forestales y en permanente recuerdo al santanderino D. Luis Vélez Tarano. Sargento 1º Falleció en acto de servicio voluntario el 12 de octubre de 1980.
