Summary[edit]

Description

The City Centre, originally built as the Mecca Temple for the ancient order of 'Nobles of the Mystic Shrine'. A masonic group founded in 1872.

The building was designed by H. P. Knowles in 1924.

It was converted into the a centre for performing arts in 1943
