Description
English: Three U.S. Navy McDonnell Douglas F/A-18C Hornet of Strike Fighter Squadron 136 (VFA-136) "Knight Hawks" in flight on 1 August 1992. VFA-136 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 7 (CVW-7) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69). Shortly therafter, CVW-7 was reassigned to the newly commissioned USS George Washington (CVN-73).
