Description
English: This plaque sits at the base of a flagpole on the grounds of Maryhill Stonehenge, Maryhill, Washington. Maryhill Stonehenge was constructed as a memorial to soldiers and sailors from Klickitat County, Washington who died in World War I. American Legion Post 116 is named in honor of Louis Leidl, a soldier from Klickitat County who died in that war, and who is also memorialized by a plaque within the henge.
