Description
English: Marsh Woundwort (Stachys palustris) A creeping perennial with square hollow stems, widespread and common by fresh water, streams, ditches and in marshes. It can also occur as a weed in poorly drained arable fields. Marsh Woundwort has been used to staunch bleeding and heal wounds, hence its name.
