Description
Français : Cette somptueuse villa issue de l’Art Nouveau a été construite dans les années 1901 – 1902 par l’architecte Albert Nadler à qui l’on doit le style éclectique, mêlant des éléments empruntés à la Renaissance et au Baroque. La propriété, appartenant à un certain Gunderloch, tailleur de pierres, avait été cédée avant la fin des années vingt à un autre architecte Waldemar Osterloff. C’est sous le nom de cette famille, originaire de Saint-Petersbourg que la villa a été dénommée jusqu’à nos jours, et qui devient, après rénovation Le manoir du Contades.
