Description
English: Adult male in trunk-style underpants, with an added pouch to accomodate the genitalia. This style covers the buttocks, perineum and genitalia, and extends a short length down the legs (slightly more than briefs). This style is form-fitting around the back and side, but has extended room in the front to accomodate the penis, scrotum and testes for added comfort. This brand of underwear has extra flaps to keep the genitalia within the roomier "pouch" and support the scrotum better, without compressing it. In this view, it can be appreciated how the genitalia is gently held in the expanded pouch at the front.
