Description
Français : Maison du Capitaine, 38, rue du Mont-Joli, Percé, Québec

Il reste peu des modestes maisons de pêcheurs du XIXe siècle. Toutefois, l'une d'entre elles subsiste, celle des capitaines. Déménagée de la grève vers le mont Joli, elle a été jouxtée au Manoir Wexford.

« La section médiane de cette demeure était à l'origine située sur la grève du côté sud, près du quai actuel. Elle servait aux capitaines des vaisseaux qui venaient d'Angleterre pour les pêches estivales. » – hcq-chq.org
