English: View of Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline at Main Line Valve station #7, near Dampier, Western Australia. The 660mm diameter pipeline is the large yellow pipe in the foreground.

The 1500km pipeline, like most gas pipelines, is buried below ground for most of its entire length. The only segments of the pipe above ground are at mainline valves (as shown here), offtake points, meter stations and compressor stations.
