Description
Deutsch: Der Neodymmagnet fällt durch eine Aluminiumröhre von etwas über 50 cm Länge. Die Falldauer beträgt rund 1,5 Sekunden. Im freien Fall wäre die Falldauer nur etwa 0,3 Sekunden. Die Bremsung wird verursacht von rund 5 Lagen Aluminiumfolie, die von außen um die Pappröhre gewickelt ist. Der zugrundeliege Prinzip ist die Induktion mit Lenzscher Regel. Eine technische Anwendung des Prinzips ist die Wirbelstrombremse. Das Bild entstand in der Mathe-AC Lernwerkstatt in Aachen.
