Jerry Brooks from Freedom, N.H., flank the Non-commissioned Officer-in-Charge of the Quarter and Civilian of the Quarter during a ceremony March 31. Trenton, N.J.'s, own Sgt. 1st Class Wayne Austin, medical NCO, set the standard for military personnel in the organization.
