English: Modified screenshot of the data browser and map viewer of the MADAS (METI AIST Data Archive System) website run by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) and the Japanese National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST). The screenshot shows an opened window (right) with metadata of the ASTER granule ASTB190305084256 (‘Overlay’ checked on the left; see also yellow highlighting) which comprises multispectral satellite images of the Egyptian desert (cf. map window). Note the black preview thumb in the SWIR row (the SWIR subsystem of ASTER is non-functional since 2008). The data (GeoTIFF) could be downloaded by clicking on the ‘Tar’ button.
Deutsch: Modifizierter Screenshot des Datenbrowsers und Kartenviewers der MADAS-(METI AIST Data Archive System)-Website, die vom japanischen Wirtschaftsministerium (METI) und vom japanischen Institut für fortgeschrittene Industriewissenschaften und Technologie (AIST) betrieben wird. Der Screenshot zeigt rechts ein geöffnetes Fenster mit den Metadaten einer ASTER-Kachel (ID ASTB190305084256, links bei ‚Overlay‘ angehakt; siehe auch die gelben Markierungen), die Multispektral-Aufnahmen der ägyptischen Wüste umfasst (vgl. Kartenfenster). Man beachte das schwarze Vorschaubildchen in der SWIR-Zeile (das SWIR-Subsystem von ASTER funktionert seit 2008 nicht mehr).
