Das politische Plakat eine psychologische Betrachtung (NSDAP 1939) Seite 207: "Ebenfalls aus Bayern, jedoch aus dem Jahre 1932, ist das Plakat: " Drum Liste 1 " (...) Auch hier wieder (...) das Fehlen der Worte NSDAP. In diesem Falle ersetzt allerdings der Kopf des bayerischen SA.-Mannes jedes weitere Symbol. Die Gesamtgeschaltung ist harmonisch, aber ohne Schwung. So ungefähr könnte man sich auch ein Plakat vorstellen, mit dem sich die Reichsfeldseugmeisterei in empfehlende Erinnerung bringt. Dieses Plakat zeigt übriges recht deutlich, wie grundverschieden Reklame und Propaganda voneinander sind. Der Zeichner hat als Reklamemaler zweifellos einen guten Namen, doch zur Schaffung eines politischen Plakates gehört mehr als nur zeichnerisches Können."

This work has fallen into the public domain as the artist died in 1949 and the poster was issued by a now defunct organisation.
