| Description |
English: LdF ms BR-0009: The french King Louis XIII (1601-1643) donates confiscated property to his favourite Roger du Plessis, duc de Liancourt, duc de la Rochguyon (1609-1674). The sieur de Liancourt was premier gentilhomme de la chambre du roi at the Kings chamber. The property previously has been confiscated from Louis Chabert, Capitaine de Merlon, his brother Anthoine Chabert, their nephew Simon de Curlis and others. This deed of donation ist signed "Louis" for Louis XIII., King of France and Navarre by a royal secretary (secrétaire de la main) and countersigned by Charles le Beauclerc (1624-1626: Seigneur d'Achère, Seigneur de Rougemont, Secrétaire d'État aux Affaires étrangères).

Transcription:Aujourd’huy dernier du mois de febvrier 1625 le roy estant a Paris desirant gratiffier et favorablement traicter autant q(ui)l luy sera possible le s(ieu)r de Liancour premier gentilhomme de Sa chambre et son premier escuier en consideration de ses bons et recommandables services Sa Ma(jes)té luy a accordé et faict don de tous et un chacun les biens tant meubles qu’immeubles de Louis Chabert capp(itai)ne de Merlon Anthoine Chabert son frere Simon de Curlis leur nepveu et autres leurs complices a Elle acquis et confiscquez pour avoir este accusez et convaincuz d’avoir faict le brin des prisons royalles de Senlis et favorisé levasion de Nicolas de Martine s(ieu)r de Baudargent exempt des gardes du corps et m(aitr)e Jacques Have grenetier au grenier a sal de Senlis accusez d’avoir tué M(aitr)e Charles Guerin esleu en leslection dud(it) Senlis mayant Sad(it)e Ma(jes)té commandé luy en expedier toutes lettres necessaires en me rapportant sent [...] de condempna(ti)on et cependant le present brevet qu’elle a voullu signuer de Sa main et faict contresigner par moy son con(seill)er d’estat et de ses commandementz et finances.
