Description Lot 9428-10: Work, Sorrow and Blood Will Restore Civilization, Says President Roosevelt. His facing mirroring the seriousness of his words, President Franklin D. Roosevelt is seen as he delivered his world-wide April 28, 1942, radio address from the Oval Room of the White House in Washington, D.C.
