Description Lot-5279-19: Allied Air Raids in Europe, Operation Uppercut, October 1944. A perfect strike is scored on the center of the railroad bridge across the Rhone river at Arles, in Southern France, as the first B-26 “Marauders” of the Tactical Air Force drop their bombs, pass over their precision bombing pattern, during this attack on this German held rail-line.
