Summary[edit]
DescriptionLooking up the Devil's Slide - geograph.org.uk - 605843.jpg |
English: Looking up the Devil's Slide Taken from about the halfway point. The slab of rock, about 400ft high, is reputedly Britain's longest continuous sweep of rock, unbroken by any significant ledge or other feature until it reaches the headwall above the climbers. The passage below the headwall, on very tiny holds, is apparently used as a short cut by the herd of wild goats that live in the vicinity. |
