There areno better lighted streets on the continent. Niagara Power may be secured very rea-sonably. All classes of lighting service isat the rate of 4V£c per kilowatt hour. Thelowest domestic lighting rate on the contin-ent. The power prices range from $20.00 to$40.00 flat rate per horsepower, or per kilo-watt hour fix charge from $6.48 to $12.15.with meter rate from a 67c to 2.84c, andthere will be a reduction of about 15% onthese prices early in 1913. A Sewer Disposal Plant; a trunk sewersystem of 14 miles, and 53 miles of lateralsewers. The London and Port Stanley Railway,owned by the city, 23 miles, makes Lon-don a Lake Port.
