| Description |
English: This is demonstration log ratio graph, displaying the visualization of methylation levels. The x-axis is labeled by chromosome position; the chromosome shown below is supplemental in that it can provide karyotyping/banding labels for regions of interest. The y-axis is the log ratio of intensities between the enriched MeDIP DNA and the control (input) DNA, both from the same cell type. The higher peaks, denote higher methylation levels for the particular region in this genome of interest. The plot show here is entirely simulated data and does not reflect actual MeDIP data; this is only for the purposes of displaying typical visualization of MeDIP-chip analysis. |
