Summary
[edit]DescriptionLockerbieDossierA.jpg |
English: I travelled to Strasbourg to deliver to the European Commission of Human Rights my covering letter of 14 February 1996 and a second ECHR application. In relation to the original application in 1991 (№ 18957), my solicitor had advised against any mention of my theory that apartheid South Africa was responsible for the sabotage of Pan Am Flight 103. The covering letter explains that because of the inclusion in the second ECHR application of the Dossier of new evidence to confirm South Africa's involvement in the Lockerbie bombing my solicitor was not prepared to represent me. Both applications were declared inadmissible by the ECHR.PJHaseldine (talk) 14:00, 24 June 2008 (UTC) |
