Description
Español: Se conoce como «lluvia de oro» a la cristalización del yoduro de plomo (II). Esta imagen fue tomada tras enfriar una disolución de nitrato de plomo (II) y yoduro de potasio, luego de haberla calentado en un mechero Bunsen.
English: Lead(II) iodide precipitation it is known as “golden rain”, because of the yellow hexagonal crystals formed. This picture was taken after cooling a heated lead(II) nitrate and potassium iodide solution on a Bunsen burner.
