Summary[edit]
DescriptionLiving wall at Buffalo Niagara International Airport, Cheektowaga, New York - 20220618.jpg |
English: As seen just after midnight on a June 2022 morning, a "living wall" composed of real plants figures among the new features in the recently renovated "meet and greet" area at the east end of the terminal building of the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Aside from its verdant beauty, the wall also acts as an impressively effective air filtration system, removing up to 90 percent of harmful chemicals and pollutants in the ambient air and enhancing the health of travellers and airport employees. |
