Description
English: Component A is on a white ground with the coat of arms of a bishop. A shield with arms is capped with a mitre, cross and pastoral staff (crosier). These are framed by the ecclesiastical hat that has tassels falling on either side of the shield. Component B has shield of arms underneath a cardinal's hat with tassels that fall on either side of the shield.
