| Description |
English: Liverpool Anglican Cathedral Started in 1904, construction was still some way off completion in this photograph taken in 1974. I seem to have recorded that the photograph was taken with an Agfa Silette (my first 35mm camera) at an aperture between f/8 and f/11 and a shutter speed of 1/125 second. This indicates that the photo was early enough that I was still recording the exposure details (and in this case, the reading on my hand-held Weston meter) of every shot to help me learn the art, and I have now found the notebooks from 35 years ago, so can date the photograph exactly. |
