臺灣總督ハ其管轄區域内ニ法律ノ効力ヲ有スル命令ヲ發スルコトヲ得
第二條
前條ノ命令ハ臺灣總督府評議會ノ議決ニ依リ拓務大臣ヲ經テ敕裁ヲ請フベシ臺灣總督府評議會ハ敕令ヲ以テ之ヲ定ム
第三條
臨時緊急ヲ要スル場合ニ於テ臺灣總督ハ前條第一項ノ手續ヲ經テ直ニ第一條ノ命令ヲ發スルコトヲ得
第四條
前條ニ依リ發シタル命令ハ發布後直ニ敕裁ヲ請ヒ且之ヲ臺灣總督府評議會ニ報告スベシ敕裁ヲ經ザルトキハ總督ハ直ニ其命令ヲ將來ニ向ツテ効ナキコトヲ公布スベシ
第五條
現行ノ法律又ハ將來發布スル法律ニシテ其全部又ハ一部ヲ臺灣ニ施行スルモノハ敕令ヲ以テ之ヲ定ム
第六條
此法律ハ施行ノ日ヨリ滿三年ヲ經タルトキハ其効力ヲ失フモノトス
