Lettre de Kouang Tchéou 17/1/40 pour Hài Phòng, affranchie à 11 cts (6 cts LSI +5 cts/5g de surtaxe aérienne), avec griffe rouge d'exemption de censure et griffe noire (mal marquée de propagande pour le Salon de la France d'Outre-mer à Paris). Au verso transit Hanoi RP bis 18/1 et arrivée Haiphong 19/1.

La transmission à la censure indiquée par la cachet HANOI RP BIS semble indiquer que la griffe rouge n'était pas une certitude pour la banque que son courrier ne serait pas censuré.
