Au fond plein axe, sous un ciel chargé, les 2 congélateurs géants de l'usine de frites surgelées Clarebout, situés à Comines-Warneton, enclave francophone en Flandre.

Hauts de 33 m ces bâtiments, destinés à stocker les produits finis avant expédition, font couler beaucoup d'encre et empoisonnent la vie des riverains depuis leur mise en service en raison des nuisances engendrées, supposées ou réelles (vue - bruit - odeurs), malgré les recours déposés de part et d'autre de la frontière...
