Deutsch: Leipzig 1804 Das Hallische Tor

Aquarellierter Kupferstich 15,5 x 21 cm (Plattenrand) aus: Schwarz, Karl Benjamin: Romantische Gemählde von Leipzig. Eine Folge von vier und zwanzig Prospecten gezeichnet und gestochen von Karl Benjamin Schwarz. Leipzig: Karl Tauchnitz 1804, 56 S. + 23 aquarellierte Kupfertafeln + 1 nicht kolorierter Stich.

Carl Benjamin Schwarz: Vedutenstecher, Zeichner, Radierer, Farbstecher und Aquarellist (*1757 Leipzig, † 21.10.1813 ebenda). Schüler Oesers; Kustos an der Winklerschen Kunstsammlung (THIEME-BECKER Bd. 30, S. 365).

Alle meine Fotoarbeiten in WIKIMEDIA dürfen kostenlos von jedermann verwendet werden. Aber mit Nennung meines Namens. Dies rate ich jedem Anwender, da meine Fotos mehr oder weniger vom Original (Objekt) abweichen. Alle Fotos von alten Büchern und graphischen Blättern wurden von mir restauriert mit Photoshop. Sie bilden nicht das konkrete Objekt ab, sondern eine ästhetisierte Variation des Originals. Inhaltliche Änderungen wurden möglichst vermieden. sind aber nicht gänzlich auszuschließen. Um sich abzusichern (rechtlich und inhaltlich), sollte der Urheber der bearbeiteten Fotos genannt werden.
Was die Namensnennung des Urhebers („Foto:H.-P.Haack“) grundsätzlich betrifft (versus gemeinfrei, siehe unten): Die deutschsprachige WIKIMEDIA vermag nicht, deutsches Urheberrecht in Deutschland außer kraft zu setzen. Mit gemeinfrei gibt WIKIMRDIA keine keine Garantie: "Nach offizieller Ansich ..." und "... daher auch als gemeinfrei angesehen." Dieser private Dispens zählt vor Gericht nicht. Und was soll das liederliche "auch" in dem zweiten Zitat?
