Description
English: Statue of the Saint Jadwiga at the Fasade of the church in Legnickie Pole. The church and the monastery of Benedictians were founded by her in 1241 on the battlefield, where her son Henry II. has died.
Deutsch: Barockstatue der heiligen Hedwig am Giebel der Kirche in Wahlstatt. Hedwig hatte das Benediktinerkloster bereits 1241 auf dem Schlachtfeld erbauen lassen, auf dem im selben Jahr ihr Sohn heinrich II. gegen die Mongolen gefallen war.
