Description
Deutsch: Beim Leckner See handelt es sich um einen Gebirgssee im Bereich der Molassezone. Er liegt im Gemeindegebiet der österreichischen Gemeinde Hittisau auf einer Seehöhe von 1000 m und weist eine Fläche von 1,75 ha und eine maximale Wassertiefe von ca. 3 Metern auf. Die mit Schnee bedeckten Erhebungen sind links die Falkenköpfe und rechts die Rohnehöhe (Eineguntkopf) und gehören zur Nagelfluhkette.
English: Lake Leckner is a mountain lake of the Molasse zone. It is located in the municipal territory of Hittisau (Austria) at an altitude of 1000 meters, has a surface of 1.75 ha and a maximum depth of about 3 meters. The snow-covered elevations are at the left the Falkenköpfe and at the right the Rohnehöhe (Eineguntkopf), which both belong to the Nagelfluhkette.
NOTE: This image is a panorama consisting of multiple frames that were merged or stitched in software. As a result, this image necessarily underwent some form of digital manipulation. These manipulations may include blending, blurring, cloning, and colour and perspective adjustments. As a result of these adjustments, the image content may be slightly different from reality at the points where multiple images were combined. This manipulation is often required due to lens, perspective, and parallax distortions.
