Leah M. Winblad. Leah M. Winblad, 84, a Toms River resident, died Saturday in Community Memorial Hospital, Toms River. A former resident of Manchester, she was born in Jersey City. She was a secretary for 24 years for Waterman's Ink Inc., New York City, retiring in 1952. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Whiting. Services will be held at 10 am Wednesday in Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, Whiting. Burial will be in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
