...Auf dem internationalen Kürschnergehilfen-Congress in Brüssel 1894 wurde wiederum beschlossen ein eigenes Organ zu gründen, das in drei Sprachen, deutsch, französisch und englisch erscheinen sollte. Nachstehend bringen wir den Kopf dieser Zeitung. „Le Pelletier“ erschien jedoch nur reichlich 1 Jahr in drei Sprachen, da die französischen wie die englischen Gehilfen nicht zu gewinnen waren.
Von Juni 1897 erschien er deshalb nur noch in deutscher Sprache. Seit der Gründung des Kürschner-Verbandes ist die Redaktion von diesem übernommen worden und erscheint der Kürschner seit dieser Zeit in Hamburg.
