Deutsch: Gruhe nennt man die steinernen Bänke und Tische am Wegesrand. Sie dienten früher den Marktleuten / Boten / Händlern um auf dem Weg zum Markt auf dem hohen Tisch ihre Lasten, die in Körben auf dem Kopf oder Rücken getragen wurden, abzustellen. Die niedrigere Bank diente zum Ausruhen, „geruhen“, „ausgruben“. Sie stammen meist aus der Zeit von 1720 bis 1850. |
