Description
English: Lafayette Park (formerly Sunset Park) looking southeast, Los Angeles, ca.1900-1910
  • A pond is visible in the foreground, while a path lined with rocks follows the near edge of the pond. A small outgrowth of shrubs and foliage are on the far side of the pond. ::*Beyond the pond, the park is mostly grassy with an occasional tree or other plant.
  • Dwellings are visible beyond the park, most of which are two-stories tall or more.
