Excelente destino para la familia, Esta estructura fue el Pabellón de Venezuela en la expo mundial de Hannover en el año 2000. Se dice que la estructura de tres niveles, ubicada en Barquisimeto estado Lara, con una bóveda de 16 pétalos que se abren y cierran sobre un “tallo” hidráulico de 19 metros de altura, será uno de los pabellones más imaginativos de la muestra. Diseñada por el renombrado arquitecto venezolano Fruto Vivas y titulada “Una flor para el Mundo”, la estructura se inspira en los monolíticos tepuyes que se levantan imponentes en medio del paisaje de la Gran Sabana, así como en la flor nacional de Venezuela, la orquídea. Cuando está abierta, o en plena florescencia, si se quiere, la flor tiene un diámetro de 39 metros. @Barquisimeto |
