English: Change of command ceremony aboard the LST-855 (USS Kent County) on August 3, 1956. Lieutenant Richard Rodman Justice, USN, who served as Commanding Officer of the LST-855 from 1955 to 1956 is pictured at the podium relinquishing command after a successful tour of duty.
