Summary[edit]

Description
English: Testing out the limits of my camera, by shining a quite bright LED bulb directly into it with a shutter speed of 1/6000 seconds. The focus is on the surface of the bulb and the seven individual LEDs can be seen. I took a fast burst of photos, which are so fast that you can see the alternating current pulses of electricity make the bulb dim right down between electrical waves. I have difficulty imagining how to light something sufficiently to get a 'natural' shot as these shutter speeds, apart maybe if you are taking photographs of sun spots.
