English: On August 28, 2010 Secretary Sebelius traveled to Santa Monica, CA to meet with a group of health officials and community leaders to highlight a Recovery Act prevention and wellness grant aimed at fighting tobacco use and obesity.
The Santa Monica Pier (pictured above) announced that it would go "smoke-free" as a result of the Community Putting Prevention to Work grant. |
