Description
Deutsch: Vor der Haltestelle Alexanderplatz/Dircksenstraße auf der Nordostseite des Stadtbahnviaduktes, hier endet die Linie M2 von und nach Heinersdorf. Das im Bild linke Gleis ist das im Regelbetrieb genutzte Stumpfgleis, das rechte ist aus Richtung Mollstraße und Otto-Braun-Straße an die Straßenbahnstrecke Mollstraße–Hackescher Markt angebunden und bildet damit eine große Wendeschleife insbesondere für Umleitungen und Bauzustände.
Die Einfahrweiche von der Strecke ist mit einem elektrischen Antrieb ausgerüstet und darf deshalb nicht aufgefahren werden. Die übrigen drei Weichen sind Rückfallweichen.
