English: In the photo we captured two twins in national women’s costumes of our sunny country Kyrgyzstan. The clothes of our culture are suitable for riding horses because we are a nomadic people. Traditional women’s clothing consisted of a long white shirt or dress “koynek” and long trousers. Young women wore sleeveless vests made of colored velvet “chiptama”. Married women wore a swinging skirt with fur and patterned embroidery “beldemchi”. The two girls in the photo participated in the parade in honor of the spring holiday- Nooruz. This holiday is large-scale in our country, we have a national cuisine especially for this holiday, for example “syumolok” and “boorsok”. You can also notice interesting jewellery on girls , which is simply called ethnic jewellery. I can also tell you about the hairstyles of these girls in the photo , from a long time ago it was believed that a young unmarried woman should wear 40 braids in honor of the 40 Kyrgyz tribes , and after getting married she wear only 2 braids indicated her marital status, and with old age , when woman has grandchildren, then she wears a special “elechek” headdress
