Hierboven prijkt in een halve ovaal een voorstelling van Christus die geflankeerd wordt door twee discipelen. Het geheel is getooid met de Tafelen der Wet met de tien geboden en een duif, symbool van de Heilige Geest. Op de sierbalk staan twee putti die aan een zwaard trekken en twee brandende olielampjes.
