Čeština: Kostra „létajícího jízdního kola“ se „šlapacím“ pohonem vrtule lidskou silou. Autorem návrhu a zhotovitelem tohoto malého experimentálního letadla na lidský pohon byl Josef Kábele (1891–1980) – český strojní zámečník, automechanik, zlepšovatel technických řešení různých výrobků, objevitel, vynálezce, experimentátor a průkopník létání v Čechách. Letadlo stavěl v letech 1934 až 1936, při letové zkoušce v roce 1936 bylo poškozeno. Za druhé světové války bylo rozebráno, ocelové torzo rámu (o rozměrech 1200 x 1000 x 450 mm a hmotnosti 15 kg) s hnacím mechanismem se dochovalo.
English: The skeleton of a "flying bicycle" with a "pedal" propeller driven by human power. The author of the design and builder of this small experimental human-powered aircraft was Josef Kábele (1891-1980) - a Czech mechanical locksmith, car mechanic, technical innovator of various products, discoverer, inventor, experimenter and pioneer of flying in Bohemia. He built the aircraft between 1934 and 1936, but it was damaged during a flight test in 1936. It was dismantled during World War II, but the steel torso of the frame (with dimensions 1200 x 1000 x 450 mm and weight 15 kg) with the drive mechanism was preserved. |
